4 weeks

Build explosive strength and power that creates impact in the game and support your ability to capitalise on game breaking moments. This programe aims to push volume and intensity but with a minimal cost (fatigue). In the 3 gym sessions per week we chase high intensity contrast work developing strength and power. Third Session = High Volume Power training.
