This plan is perfect for the up and coming G.A.A player who has little-moderate strength training experience. The programme will improve your movement competency in addition to strengthening muscles, ligaments and tendons. This plan will provide a perfect base to future "strength" and "size" programmes. It includes 3 gym sessions a week for a 5-week period.
