This program is designed to get you ready for the upcoming season and have you highly prepared for your return to team training. It will support your on pitch perofrmance by developing your movement skills, building functional strength, reducing risk of injury while increasing lean mass, work capacity & robustness. This program contains 3 seprate sessions: - Lower Body - Total Body - Upper Body Initially with a focus on building your Movement Efficency & Functional Strength, this program will build in volume across a 4 week phase leaving you well prepared for the demands of the upcoming season. If completing this program in tandem with team/sport training: - Lower Body Sessions should be followed by a recovery day. - Total body sessions should be followed by a recovery day. - Upper Body sessions can be completed on the days before/after/between team training.
