This programme is ideal for a player with at least an intermediate level of strength training experience, wishing to improve their strength & fitness for Gaelic football or Hurling. The programme is 5x/week total and includes 1x lower body, 1x upper body and 1x total body strength sessions, with 2x field based conditioning workouts each week.
