The off-season has become more important than ever to ensure players are prepared for rigourous pre-season training. Prepare yourself for the up and coming demands optimally with this workout. This 4 week plan inlcusive of on field conditioning with a bias towards strength development in the gym. The program inlcudes isometric, power and strength development to hit all angle of the force velocity curve.
